CA – FINAL – PAPER : 5 ADVANCED MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING – BY CA. V.G.S. MANI

INDEX FOR VIDEO CLASS – Costing (AMA)

General Instructions

  • Students are advised to go through Chapters like Service Sector, Pricing decision etc. after completing Marginal Costing chapter only and not directly landing onto those areas since the techniques used in these chapters will have the impact of Marginal costing.
  • The Chapter no mentioned in the video and Classroom material may not match.

For example: It is mentioned in the video for “Relevant Costing” as Chapter: 9. However

it is Chapter: 2 in Classroom material. However all questions and answers in both videos and classroom material will match together.

  • Few problems in which due to errors/mistakes/omissions, original questions were deleted from the Classroom material. As a reason, there may not be continuity in question nos. No need to worry for such missing questions in the classroom material. For example, in standard costing if Q. 17 is deleted, then after Q.16 the

next question will be Q.18 in Classroom material.

  • Almost all problems given in classroom material are solved in the classroom. However, one or two problems which is of similar nature for which students are expected to solve of their own. However, for ease of students,

the respective solution is also attached with classroom material for checking the final answer and reference purpose.
